Mindful leadership is a leadership style that involves being aware of the present moment, being compassionate, empathetic, open-minded, authentic and present when interacting with others. Mindful leaders get the most out of their teams, have better client relationships and employee satisfaction.

Mindful leadership is a skill that can be developed through training and experience.

During the session we will be understanding and assessing your own leadership style and skills, making the link to mindfulness. We will help participants understand where they are now, how they can lead with greater awareness, empathy and clarity and why that matters.

Kerry has 30 years+ of business experience in executive, tech, sales and marketing positions. She is a Professional Executive Coach working with executives, individuals and teams.
She is passionate about people and making change.

Her strengths have always been encouraging others, building their confidence, and helping them take steps towards what they really want. She cares deeply about empowering people and seeing them flourish.

Ainsley Harris Co Founder - The Resilience Retreat

Ainsley is the Co-Founder of the Resilience Retreat, she also owns her own boutique yoga & reformer pilates studio Three Breaths, in the town of Clitheroe.

She is passionate about delivering wellness in the workplace. She is a one woman wellness machine, combining her expertise in Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork and Sound Therapy to create experiences that soothe the nervous system & equip people with a toolkit to reduce stress and optimise their wellness.

Caroline Dakin Co-Founder - The Resilience Retreat

Caroline has 18 years of experience in facilitating Leadership Development Programmes in large corporate organisations, both nationally and internationally. She delivers leadership workshops which inspire long-lasting behaviour change.
Her unique style and energy always has the attention of the room keeping everyone fully engaged.
